Regarding the teapot absence in the room, please let me kindly explain, since our hotel belongs to a international hotel chain Accorhotels, the rooms are equipped according to the brand standards, that does not provide a teapot in the ibis Styles hotel's rooms. But we offer water, tea and coffee free and unlimited in the lobby 24/7 additionally as an exclusive benefit for our guests.
