Dear Guest Thank you very much for your feedback, we will take it under consideration and check your negative reports and we will do our best to improve our facilities and services. The picture you have posted is from our buffet where every year we try to upgrade the service in restaurant for faster servise, as you have seen our salad bar is empty both sides, so the service according to our plans for this year is exactly how we organized it! That people choose to go first to the hot meal and after to the salads this is there option. To avoid visits of different small harmless insticts in our property we co-operate with a verified company who is disinfestating the whole property twice a year. According the difference in photos, we only can say that since last year we are in middle of a big renovation which is made step by step therefore in your room it was the NEW beds and soon it will be renovated in full for next year! So yes you might see some differences when you arrive but in upgrade standrards and not downgrade! Thank you very much Ilios K.
