Der Hotelkategorie entsprechend, allerdings wurden bei der Buchungsbeschreibung andere Erwartungen geweckt, z.B. in der Beschreibung "2 Schlafzimmer" waren tatsächlich 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Durchgangszimmer (Zimmereingang, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad) mit 2 Betten. Klimaanlage nur im Durchgangszimmer vorhanden.

Dear Sir, first of all we would like to thank you for choosing Indigo Inn for your holidays. We are very sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay with us. Kindly note that the air condition is extra charge in some of our contracts. All of our guests are informed about this during their booking from the travel agents. Furthermore, the two bedroom room type has two sleeping areas, with one of them including as you said, the common area and the entrance of the room. Nowhere in our contracts or in our description is mentioned that we have two sleeping areas separated by a living room with a couch for example. This wouldn't have been a 3 star hotel room rather than a house or a villa. Our hotel has very large rooms and spacious, but if you expected a living room with a couch separating the two sleeping areas, the hotel option for your holidays is not suitable for you. Last but not least, kindly note that next year the hotel rooms will undergo a change of their style, and we are very sure that you will love and your perception will change for the better.
