Aus DeutschlandUnterkunft gepflegt. Das Essen war nicht gut hatte nach dem 2 Tag Magenschmerzen. Die Unterkunft ist für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet bin dort hin gegangen wegen dem Wasserpark aber alles darf man erst mit 10 Jahren fahren was im Internet nicht steht. Und ich eigentlich nur deswegen den Urlaub gebucht habe. War sehr schade und für klein Kinder giebt es nur ein keines Planschbecken was überfüllt war. Strand war sehr klein und man kann nicht richtig schnorcheln. Kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. We would advise that hygiene is the number one priority to us and we have a clear and precise action plan to ensure that high levels are met, and therefore do everything possible to negate the risk of illness including ensuring that all procedures are done to HACCP standards. Everything to do with health and safety is monitored by a leading UK health and safety advisor named Crystal who carry out audits on everything relating to your safety including food and drink. Moreover, we have our in-house Hygiene Coordinator who is checking the running of all areas on a daily basis, plus a monthly visit from our company Regional Hygiene Manager. With regards to your comment that the child can only use the slides only if he is 10 years old, please note that this is simply not true. We do have height restriction for the adults’ slides, simply for safety reasons, however, we do have slides for kids in the resort. Additionally, we would like to highlight that this is well documented on all online platforms and travelers’ brochures. Furthermore, we do have 2 kids pools, and 3 baby pools available for small children and babies. We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately, this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty but a minimal amount is given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although we do have a small in house reef nearby. Lastly, we kindly advise you to do a thorough research before you book your next vacation in a hotel as the above mentioned negative feedback that you have provided is mostly about information that are already available and advertised.
