Es ist ein weitläufiges hotel mit vielen netten Ecken was im Grunde aber abgewohnt ist .Viele kleine Baustellen ob im Zimmer oder an den pools. Das einzige was wirklich überzeugt ist der Service Sauberkeit,hier wird sich allergrößte mühe gegeben. Hotel ist von den Gästen her absolut in Russischer Hand und nur englisch sprachen.

However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about spacious hotel with lots of nice corners and impressive service and cleanliness. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms and facilities at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms and facilities keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. Kindly note that we welcome more than 20 nationalities every day, and actually Russia represents on average 1%. We would also like to highlight that we do have German speaker employees, both at reception and Guest Relation team.
