Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ein paar Jahre vor einer nötigen Sanierung. Daher muss man halt mit dem Zustand zurecht kommen. Alles etwas runtergekommen, wenn man genau hinschaut. Abgewetztes Mobiliar etc. Größte Enttäuschung ist für us. Allerdings das Essen und das Sportangebot gewesen. Essen ist qualitativ echt schlecht und da hätte ich für 5Sterne mehr erwartet. Sportangebot ist recht begrenzt, liegt halt wahrscheinlich daran, dass die meisten Gäste lieber schon Mittags billigen Fusel in sich reinschütten. Service war auch eher ägyptisch. Besonders freundlich waren vielleicht 2 Mitarbeiter, der Rest eher grummelt und mit den Kollegen beschäftigt. Wir waren im Januar/Nebensaison hier, vielleicht ists im Sommer anderes. Drum herum gibts nicht viel. Ägypten halt.

With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste, but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless, our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. Regarding your comment about sport offers, please note that the animation is listed as "low key" but still provides the same entertainment as you will find in most hotels in Egypt. A list of daily events is printed on their notice board, available at many different places. We are very surprised about your comments about our staff, as we continuously receive praise and excellent scores regarding the staff, with very good comments about their friendliness and professionalism. This is something that is the core of our hotel operation and that we continuously work on improving by trainings in daily operations. Nevertheless, we have forwarded your comments to the hotel management for their perusal and action where deem needed.
