We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. The a la carte restaurant visits do not depend of the nationality, but do in fact depend on the contract with the travel agency and amount of visits do differ, for some there none included for others just 1 visit, there is however no agency that has a la cartes included for the duration of the whole stay and does depend on minimum booked nights too, further visits are available to book for every guest at a cost. We would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms and facilities at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009.
