We would also like to thank you for your positive comments about our hotel and well-kept grounds. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking.
