Aus DeutschlandIch werde das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, weil das Hotel besitzt 6 Restaurant wo man in 10 Tagen Urlaub nur zweimal insgesamt ein solches Restaurant benutzen darf.( Lächerlich ) Als wir an kamen, wurden wir gefragt von welcher Gesellschaft ( TUI) dann gab es blaue All in Bändchen. Andere Gäste hatten andere Farben und deswegen kommt es einen so vor wie eine zwei klassen Gesellschaft, was im Endeffekt auch so war. Das ist sehr frustrierend und daher werde ich dieses Hotel, was schöne Pools hat, dafür einen sehr bescheidenen Strand nicht weiterempfehlen.

However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our nice pools. Regarding your comment about our all-inclusive formula, kindly note that it depends on the hotel policy. Our formula includes main restaurants, kiosks, pools bars and beach bar both food and drinks and both Aquamarine and Bluemarine. A la cart restaurant included visits depend on the contact with the travel agency you booked your stay with. We therefore reject any accusations of differentiating the service based on the bracelet color, which has nothing to do with the included A la cart visits whereas is part of our operation and repeater guests’ program. We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately, this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty, but a minimal amount is given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although we do have a small in house reef nearby.
