However we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our nice hotel and spacious rooms. Regarding your comment about our Kids Club, please note that the Kids Club working in the Bluemarine area, is operated by TUI Germany and only available for guests traveling with TUI Germany. The Kids club is open for kids between the ages of 4 - 12, and offering different activities daily that can be suitable for all. With regards to the doctor's charges, this is not actually run by the hotel but is a service that we give you availability to. Any charges are agreed between yourself and the doctor before treatment begins and is usually dealt with directly through your insurance. Furthermore, we would advise that the doctors charges are competitive (and in most cases cheaper than visiting the local hospital as follow up visits without medication are included). We have further been running at quite high capacity of over 90 percent during your stay, and would like to mention in regards to sunbeds that we do have more sunbeds available than guests in-house at full capacity, therefore sunbed reservations are not an issue.
