Obwohl dirrekte Meerlage gebucht wurde, war in 8 Tagen nicht einmal die möglichkeit in‘s Meer zu gehen weil nie Wasser da war. Pool‘s tlw. sehr verdreckt und unhygienisch (pflaster..) Relaxen schwer da immer jmd etwas verkaufen wollte, von Brillen putzen angefangen bis zu Fotoshootings und Kamelreiten. Gute Tauchbasis am Hotel dabei, gute Ausflüge auf dem Schiff, Personal sehr nett und lustig, leider kein Hausriff. Abends tlw. lange laute Musik Zimmer sehr schön, leider 2 zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten - sind in der Nacht immer auseinander gerutscht. Essen war gut und tolle auswahl, leider trotzdem Magenprobleme nach dem Essen. Im großen und ganzen dank dem Tauchen ein toller Urlaub. Reisen mit Tui gerne wieder, allerdings wsl nicht in diese Unterkunft.

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our diving center, our staff, rooms and food. We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty but a minimal amount are given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although please note that we do have a small in house reef nearby. Regarding your comment about our pools, please note that our pools are given a deep clean every evening and during the night, furthermore, our recreation staff is cleaning the pools also during the day. With regards the sellers, we would advise that there is a "relaxing area" in which the sellers are only allowed for one hour during the day. We would advise that hygiene is the number one priority to us and we have a clear and precise action plan to ensure that high levels are met. Everything to do with health and safety is monitored by a leading UK health and safety advisor named Crystal who carry out audits on everything relating to your safety including food and drink. In addition, we have our in-house Hygiene Coordinator who is checking the running of all areas on a daily basis, plus a monthly visit from our company Regional Hygiene Manager. Furthermore. we have audits from our Tour Companies in which we must achieve high scores to prove that our hygiene levels (including food, water, safety) are following the International standard.
