Gefahrenstelle im Schlafbereich der Kinder, sehr sehr rutschige Fliesen um die Pools, merkwürdiges Essen, laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer, keine Steckdose im Bad, einfachverglaste Fenster, Abzocke durch Hotel Clinic nach Verletzung, dreckiger Strand, langweiliges Entertainment…könnte noch einige negative Punkte mehr aufzählen. Das Hotel hat dennoch Potenzial, müsste aber mal modernisiert werden. Schade…JAZ Bluemarine nie wieder…Ägypten nie wieder!

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. With regards to your comment about the slippery tiles, kindly note that your feedback has been passed along to the hotel management. Regarding your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. We would like to note that our Engineering team is in operation 24/7 on the resort’s premises, and available to investigate, check and fix the arising issues, if reported. With regards to the doctor's charges this is not actually run by the hotel but is a service that we give you availability to. Any charges are agreed between yourself and the doctor before treatment begins (and is usually dealt with directly through your insurance. Furthermore we would advise that the doctors charges are competitive (and in most cases cheaper than visiting the local hospital as follow up visits without medication are included). The entertainment in the hotel is listed as "low key" but still provides the same entertainment as you will find in most hotels in Egypt. Every night we have a kids disco, followed by a show (four times a week from outside entertainers) and then the adults disco. In addition there are live singers in the bars several times a week. Kindly note that you say that the beach is dirty, but it is cleaned on a regular basis but naturally when it is windy some debris may come in with the tide. We would also like to highlight that you spoke to our Guest Relations team on three occasions, but did not raise any of these issues with them.
