Leider hatten wir alle Durchfall und Magenprobleme, ging auch vielen anderen Gästen so. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass ein Gast sogar in ärztlicher Behandlung war - Kosten dafür 1.900€!

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to trace your reservation in our system with the details provided. Had we been made aware of your health condition, we would have gladly offered a complimentary stool sample analysis to help clarify the cause of your illness, which is typically related to changes in weather, diet, overheating, or overconsumption of cold fluids. Additionally, we have an in-house hygiene team that conducts daily checks to ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene policies and regulations. Furthermore, we undergo regular inspections by E-Crystal, a renowned UK-based independent auditor, who performs comprehensive reviews of all aspects related to safety and hygiene, including food, beverages, pools, and rooms. The clinic is a third-party provider, and the hotel has no involvement in its pricing. That said, the fees are consistent with, and in some cases even lower than, the average healthcare costs in Egypt. Guests visiting the clinic can rely on their private travel health insurance to cover the costs, as the clinic provides a detailed medical report for submission upon their return to their home country.
