Die Zimmer waren nicht mit den Fotos vergleichbar. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Toiletten im Hotel waren alle sehr ekelhaft. Schmutzig und stinkender Geruch. Zudem hatten wir alle mehrere Tage Durchfall aufgrund der Lebensmittel im Hotel. Im Poolbereich und Rezeptionsbereich waren an mehreren Tagen baustellenartige Zustände. Bereiche wurden abgesperrt um Renovierungsarbeiten durchzuführen. Die Lautstärke der Arbeiten war sehr laut und störend. Zudem ist meine sechs jährige Tochter im Poolbereich in einen rostigen Nagel getreten. Zum Glück hatte sie Schuhe an. Auch wurde man auf dem Hotelgelände jeden Tag bis zu zehn mal von Einheimischen angesprochen ob man Geld wechseln könnte oder etwas kaufen möchte ( Spabehandlung, Fotoshootings, kamelreiten etc. ) es war einfach nur nervig. Das Hotel an sich hat anfangs einen guten Eindruck gemacht, allerdings entsprach der Urlaub dort nicht dem, was man für diesen Preis in einem Fünf Sterne Hotel erwartet. Sehr schade. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem weiter empfehlen.

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. With regards to your comments about cleanliness of the room, we would like to note that, all rooms are checked before arrival by the House Keeping staff and House Keeping Supervisor and been cleaned daily or upon your request. The restaurants, bars, terrace floors, tables, chairs, serving area are giving a deep cleaning in between each sitting and at the end of each day. Furthermore, all public areas are being cleaned several times a day. Nevertheless, we have passed your comments and suggestions to the relevant departments for their perusal. Regarding your comment about the sickness, we would advise that hygiene is the number one priority to us and we have a clear and precise action plan to ensure that high levels are met. Everything to do with health and safety is monitored by a leading UK health and safety advisor named Cristal who carry out audits on everything relating to your safety including food and drink (checked items include delivery, storage, preparation, cooking, presentation, all machinery used, as well as samples of the food and drink). We have the documentation to prove that our hotel is operating in a safe and hygienic way as we always score in the extremely high level. In fact we are so confident of our high levels of hygiene that, when guests are reporting illness, we offer them a free stool analysis at the local hospital in order that everyone can be assured that the sickness is just the usual result of too much sun, change of temperature, change of food, change of cooking style, overeating, over-drinking, shocking the stomach with ice-cold drinks, mixing the wrong type of foods together, change of diet, etc, etc. Obviously, the personal tolerance of an individual plays a large part in their well-being, especially during the hot summer months when day temperatures exceed 35+ degrees, at the moment also with unusual high humidity. We do apologize if there was any incident with your child on hotel premises, however, the hotel management has not been informed about the event, therefore we could not offer you any assistance. With regards to your comment about the sellers, we would like to note that they are third party companies, however, your feedback has been provided to the hotel management. We would further advise that there is a "relaxing area" in which the sellers are only allowed for one hour during the day.
