Allgemein

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es würde sich viel Mühe gegeben das Hotel sauber zu halten. Ein paar Einschränkungen gibt es allerdings. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß, die Betten sehr hart und die Badezimmer sind überfällig zur Renovierung. In unserem Zimmer wurden die Fugen sehr amateurhaft übergemalt, was es eher schlechter macht. Das Kinderbuffet ist eine super Idee, unser Kind war anfangs sehr begeistert. Allerdings gab es immer das Gleiche und nach zwei Tagen hatte unser Kind keine Lust mehr auf die Kindergerichte. Der Kinderpool im Bluemarine war sehr schön und hat den Kindern spaß gemacht, allerdings hat das Wasser gestunken. Die "Life-Guards" waren dort sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Auch wenn die Kinder im Pool Probleme haben interessiert das keinen. Mehrere Aktionen mitbekommen. Außerdem setzt jeder andere Regeln. Wir hatten hier kein gutes Gefühl. Von der Baustelle nebenan bekommt man im Hauptteil des Bluemarines nichts mit. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Insgesamt gut und Sauber.

With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that your kid didn't enjoy the kids buffet food and this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. We are very surprised about your comments about our life guard staff, as we continuously receive praise and excellent scores regarding our staff, with very good comments about their friendliness and professionalism. This is something that is the core of our hotel operation and that we continuously work on improving by trainings in daily operations. Nevertheless, we have forwarded your comments to the hotel management for their perusal and action where deem needed. We would like to thank you for taking your time to review our hotel.
