We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay here with us. We would also like to thank you for your positive comments about our beautiful, well maintained and clean rooms, hotel, pools and beach. The entertainment provides the same entertainment as you will find in most hotels in Egypt. Every night we have a kids disco, followed by a show (four times a week from outside entertainers) and then the adults disco. In addition there are live singers in the bars several times a week. We would also note that our evening entertainment starts every evening at 20:00 and ends at 23:00 on the beach. The Jaz hotel chain is family friendly chain; therefore, we do not have any music played around the hotel after 23:00. With regards to your comments about the wifi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the wifi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading. If you had brought to our attention that the issue was affecting your room, we would have been happy to send one of our IT technicians to the room to fix the problem.
