Toller Urlaub, aber hier eher nicht nochmal

Strand leider sehr schlecht, weil es zum schwimmen bzw schnorcheln sehr weit zum gehen ist. Abendshows sehr schwach und wenig Abwechslung, Essen findet man sich immer was aber qualitativ nicht so gut WLAN miserabel (nicht notwendig, aber erwähnenswert)

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Bluemarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately, this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty, but a minimal amount is given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although we do have a small in-house reef nearby. Regarding your comment about entertainment, we would like to highlight that every night we have a kids’ disco, followed by a show (four times a week from outside entertainers) and then the adult’s disco. In addition, there are live singers in the bars seven days a week. We regret that you did not like it, we will pass on the feedback to the relevant department for its perusal. With regards to your comments about the Wi-Fi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the Wi-Fi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading. Whenever the issue has affected your room, if you had brought this to our attention, we would have been happy to send one of our IT technicians to the room to fix the problem. Lastly, we would like to highlight that you have been in contact with the Guest Relation team during your stay on two different occasions and you have never raised any of the above-mentioned issues with them, nor our Front Office team. Therefore, we believed that you were satisfied with everything. We kindly advise you for your next vacation, to raise your issues or mention your inconveniences to one of the staff or a member of the hotel management. We do value the opinion of our guests and their feedback, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel to enhance future guest's stay, however, there are matters we need to act on immediately or on spot and are unable if they are not reported.
