Aus DeutschlandAbsolut empfehlenswert mit Kindern. Der Pool war etwas kalt, aber das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einzig zu bemängeln ist das schlechte bzw. meist nicht vorhandene WLAN. Dies hat z.B. die Nutzung der TUI App oder eine Reservierung im a la carte Restaurant unmöglich gemacht.

With regards to your comment about the cold water in the pools, kindly note. that this is publicly available information that the hotel started the heating of the pools on November 1st. Kindly note that the pools temperature is 27 degrees. With regards to your comments about the Wi-Fi signal around the hotel it is highlighted in the brochure that the Wi-Fi is unlimited „limited speed” – which means that it is suitable for checking social media, but not for downloading. With regards to the internet in the room, if you had brought this to our attention we would have been happy to send one of our IT technicians to the room to fix the issue.
