Regarding your comment about the kids club, please note that the kids club in the Bluemarine is operated by TUI itself, therefore if you were not satisfied with its operation, kindly note that it has nothing to do with the hotel. With regards to the shops and their prices, we would like to note that these are third party companies and the hotel does not have control over the prices. However, your feedback has been passed along to the hotel management. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience inside your room, however, we would like to highlight that our Engineering team and House Keeping team is in operation 24/7 on the resort’s premises, and available to investigate, check and fix the arising issues, if reported. With regards to your comments about the food, we are pleased that most of our guests are more than happy with the food provided, however we are catering for a number of different nationalities so it will never be possible to please everyone. However, if you are unable to find something to suit your particular taste then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something specifically for you.
