Allgemein

Kleine veraltete Zimmer. Das Esser war eine Katastrophe im gebuchten Bluemarine. Wir haben dann ausschliessliche das Restaurants des Partnerhotels Aquamarin genutzt. Das war zwar deutlich besser, aber weit weg von gut. Das Strand ist nicht schoen. Das ist eine Aufhaeufung von Baustellensand an einer Lagune, die bei Ebbe fast alles Wasser verliert. Die Umgebung ist nicht schoen. Man wird in den Poolbereichen leider staendig von lauter Musik belaestigt. Die Waende und Decken sind schlecht schallisoliert, wir wurden taeglich vom umherrennenden Kind ueber uns geweckt - um 6:30.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Aquamarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking. We do advertise that the sea is extremely shallow. Unfortunately this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. We have applied for permission to build a jetty but a minimal amount are given permission every year in order to minimize the impact on the red sea, but we hope to be able to build one soon in order that everyone can enjoy the sea and snorkeling, although we do have a small in house reef nearby. With regards to your comment about loud music in the pool areas, we would like to highlight that we have 2 pool areas in our resort : Active area with music and animation during the day and Relaxing quiet area where is no any music during all day.
