Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Tische im freien unsauber. Das Essen war zwar vielseitig aber meistens kalt.

I was surprised to read your review since we did not receive any similar comments from any of our guests during their stay. I wish you could had mentioned your concerns during the stay to make your holiday better as much we can. We are investigated your comments and I would like to mention: • Different guests have different expectations but I can assure you that we are serving hundreds of guests daily from different nationalities around the world and we gain their trust and appreciation in all occasions. • Whenever a guest approach us with different expectations, we are very flexible in dealing with it within the hotel availability. • I think COVID-19 pandemic situation and the early departure procedures did affect everybody feeling of the holiday and sure reflecting on their evaluation of services.
