Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und hat an sich eine gute Ausstattung und ein leckeres Frühstück. Der Grund der schlechten Bewertung ist, dass das Hotelpersonal/ der Reinigungsdienst Fäkalien im Zimmer bei meinem Kumpel hinterlassen hat und ihm unterstellt hat dass er dafür verantwortlich ist um ihn 150 € Reinigungsgebühren anzuknüpfen.

Dear Patrick, Firstly, thank you for choosing our K+K Hotel Opera during your visit in Budapest and for your valuable time taken to share your experience. On one hand, I am delighted to read that our breakfast and facilities met your expectations. On the other hand, please let me please explain you the situation of the extra cleaning fee. Unfortunately in one of the rooms, the toilet was missed and the cupboard was used instead. When the housekeeping department realized it, I was called immediately and I checked the situation personally. Prior to this issue in the room, the floor was covered with vomit on the corridor right in front of the same room. I must admit I found it hard to believe what has happened, we had to take photos about it as proof of evidence. As we take zero tolerance to this at our hotel, we were left with no choice but to charge for the additional cleaning.
