Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt, lädt zum spazieren ein❗️😎 Wir hatten eine Suite, mit Blick auf das Wasser, Zimmer waren ganz OK❗️😎 Zimmerservice hatte zu 50% gepasst, waren wohl 2 unterschiedliche Teams unterwegs❗️😎
Alles Notwendige, schlicht ebend❗️😎 Safe, Kühlschrank, Dusche und Wanne vorhanden❗️😎 Trotz bei Buchung versprochen: KEIN WLAN❗️😎 Klimaanlage sehr laut, auf kleinster Stufe, ging Nachts aber nicht ohne, Kompromiss ❗️😎
Wir hatten Vollpension, Frühstück und Abendbrot mit Büfett, großer Saal, viel Angebot, lecker❗️😎 Mittag, extra Gaststätte, die waren zum Teil überfordert, weil kein Deutsch, kein Englisch❗️😎 Wir hatten a la Card, das Problem, die falsche wurde gereicht, dann mussten wir das Essen selber bezahlen, war ganz schön teuer❗️😎
Bei Buchung wurde von TUI versprochen: DEUTSCH, war nix mit deutsch, selbst Englisch haben einige vom Personal nicht verstanden, sogar an der Rezeption ❗️😎 Die Mehrheit des Personals war sehr freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit, dann gibt es aber die Pappnasen, die schlecht Laune vor sich herschieben❗️😎 Wir hatten die Handtücher nicht auf den Boden gelegt, trotzdem wurden sie jeden Tag gewechselt, Ihr eigenes Schreiben, was im Bad auslag, nicht eingehalten, Öko geht anders❗️😎
Abseits vom großen Trubel❗️😎 Schöne Sicht auf den anderen Finger, ringsum alles grün ❗️😎 Fahrt zum Hotel war sehr lang, 2,5 Stunden❗️😎

Being able to offer you a nice experience is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our gardens, sea, activities and pool. Also, thank you for your kind words towards to our most valuable asset, our staff. At this point, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments as through your feedback we can see our operation from your side and thus become better. When it comes to our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and we are trying to achieve the best result step by step. Every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. Also, we guarantee that if you had informed us of your issues with the Wifi and the air conditioning we would have been more than glad to find a solution. In addition, I would like to kindly inform you we do have staff that can communicate in German. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that they are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Halkidiki. If one takes in to account : - The environment of the hotel - The star category of our company - The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and - The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. However, it is with great joy to understand that in the end you are satisfied with your stay and we were extremely happy to host you.
