Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. How lovely to read that you recommend our resort. We are glad that you enjoyed our gardens and our food. Also, I cannot but thank you for your special mention towards our most valuable asset, our staff. Let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments as through your feedback we become better. Our resort has undergone many evaluations that have solidified our five star rating. When it comes to our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and we are trying to achieve the best result step by step. Every year we make partial renovations both in building and in organization in our establishment. In addition, we guarantee that if you had informed us of your issues, we would have been more than glad to find a solution. Furthermore, regarding the prices, I can assure you that they are below average compared to those of other similar accommodation in Chalkidiki. If one takes in to account: • The environment of the resort • The star category of our company • The quality service provided by our well-trained staff during the service and • The quality of the products we provide. We are convinced that our prices are more than fair. Concerning our location, it is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kryopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. Moreover, regarding your issue at the reception, we would like to kindly inform you that , as it is available in all of our platforms, the check in is possible in our resort after 12 p.m. We can only arrange an early check in upon request which has to be made known to us earlier. However, we are glad that in the end you are satisfied with your stay and we were extremely happy to host you.
