Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe, laut und ungemütlich. Nur eine Grillstation mit einer Sorte Fleisch. Ansonsten viel gemischtes Essen (Fisch) mit Soße, nicht jedermanns Geschmack.

Both positive and negative comments are utilized and accepted by our resort because it helps us to become better and improve our services even more. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our beach. As for our valuable staff, your words give us the boost we all need to continue. Regarding our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. In addition, our food is being prepared by executive Chefs who strive to achieve the best service and give our guests an unforgettable tasting experience. Providing the best quality, taste and satisfying the preferences of our guests is of high importance to us. Also, we were not informed about the fact that the food was not to your liking from the beginning of your stay as you did not let us know. Our Guest Relations Department insisted in order to find out if you were pleased among us. Then in order to ensure a satisfying experience for you we kindly offered you complimentary meals in both of our two a la carte restaurants. If a guest is not satisfied in any aspect, we are available and ready to discuss and give solutions as exceeding our guests’ expectations is one of our primal goals.
