Dear Nadine, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to share your holiday experience. Being able to offer you a nice stay is extremely pleasant and important for the entire team. We are glad that you enjoyed our beach area and that you are satisfied with our most valuable asset, our staff. Let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. When it comes to our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and we are trying to achieve the best result step by step. Every year we make partial renovations both in buildings and in organization in our establishment. Though, we apologize for issues you might have encountered and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us ameliorate ourselves. Regarding the evening entertainment, our hotel provides entertainment four days a week. To be more specific, on Mondays we have Saxophone nights at the lobby bar, on Wednesdays we have sunset parties at our beach bar, on Fridays live music at the Magnolia Restaurant and last but not least, on Sundays we have our Greek Night live at the Magnolia Restaurant as well. Also, we have an animation program with multiple activities such as karaoke and movie nights, yoga, pilates, aqua zumba, bingo games and many more. Moreover, concerning our dinner buffet we have a variety as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, fish night). In addition, if we were informed, we would have gladly prepared something for you. We feel very happy that in the end you are satisfied with your stay in our resort and we were extremely happy to host you.
