We are in receipt of your feedback and want to thank you for your positive ratings in some categories like the room cleaning as well as the service encounters with our staff- that is wonderful to hear. Unfortunately, we must notice your overall displeasure in many areas of the hotel and especially in terms of F&B quality and service and when it comes to our F&B offerings and price relation but also regarding the entertainment and accessibility of our hotel. We would like to take the opportunity and apologise for any inconveniences you may have experienced. As the beaches here in Spain are protected by the government I am afraid that we can not make changes or enhance the area like adding more sand into it. It goes without saying that your overall experience rating falls behind our own set expectations and it is with regret to see your hesitation in recommending our hotel further. Our utmost priority is to work on enhancing the guest experience further. It goes without saying that it would be excellent to only get positive feedback, yet, it is those constructive comments that give us a chance to identify any areas of weakness and enable us to work on them.
