Schönes grosses modernes Hotel. Allerdings ist am Buffet Nachbesserung erforderlich. Das Essen wiederholt sich von Tag zu Tag. So dass wir jeden Tag im Nachbarhotel essen gegangen sind. Das Servicepersonal ist total überfordert was auch ein Grund war im Nachbarhotel zu Speisen. Der Zimmerservice hingegen war super.
Süsse kleine Bungalows.
Jeden Tag gleiches essen und wenig Auswahl. Für soviel Hotelsterne war das eine Zumutung.
Totale Überforderung.
Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen Strandabschnitt.

Dear Corinna, Thank you for your comments posted online. We regret to read your comments on the service and the food. Please note that our Executive Chef has been made aware of your opinions regarding the Buffet which is rotated on a two week cycle of themed evenings. We have always prided ourselves on excellent service and have received so far very good feedback on most of our waiting staffs. Moreover, we do focus a lot on providing training concerning our service culture to all our staff including our waiters and I wish to apologize if ever you received a service which was not up to your expectations. I will ensure that appropriate training and supervision are reinforced with our waiting staff in order to avoid such feelings in the future.
