We came every year to this hotel and we got a good impression of it. This year we have positive and negative aspects. Positive: The restaurant staff is very good. Daniela and Maricarmen are very friendly and we have known them for years. Unfortunately the staff changed often in the last few years and I really hope to see them again next year. Without them it wouldn't be the same. This year we met Alexandra there who is really sympathetic. Valentina, Jenny and Luis do a very good job as well. All in all, the restaurant is clean, the food tastes very good and if there is something we needed the staff was always there. Their animation staff was ok. But it's inexplicable why they change their animation staff that often. Jonny was friendly and José did very good sports exercises. But if I could decide I would get Bábara back from last year. I guess that she isn't replaceable because she could do everything (Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Aqua gym, any kind of dance like bachata, salsa, Zumba, Aqua-Dance and so much more) and the whole entertaining program. An Allrounder. And I would hire her directly without any company to be safe to hold her in future. The receptionists are very friendly and speak different languages (German, Spanish, English). If we needed the technician, he was there as fast as he can. Let's talk about the negative points: The biggest problems are the apartments. They are clean but in a bad condition. Doors, Tables on the terrace and shower heads have to be replaced (urgent). The whole construction needs to be painted again for a better image. In the higher area the color is already chipped off and in other places it seems dirty. My opinion: Restaurant staff: 5/5 Cleaning staff: 4/5 Technician: 5/5 Receptionists: 5/5 Apartments: 2/5 Hotelkomplex 2/5 Wifi: 2/5
