Da von uns gebuchte Hotel Tivoli in Adeje hat unseren Erwartungen und Erfahrungen aus 2024 voll und ganz entsprochen. Das Hotel la Terazzas in Abama hat sich in Bezug und Service der Anliegen der Gäste im Vergleich zum Vorjahr deutlich verschlechtert. Reklamationen bzw. Anliegen werden in ein Computerprogramm eingegeben, nichts passiert. Nicht richtige Informationen vom der Rezepzion erhalten, etc.
