Die Anlage ist großzügig angelegt. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Personal durchaus freundlich. Leider war das Hotel zu unserem Zeitpunkt fast nur mit polnischen und tschechischen Urlaubern belegt. Sind uns sehr verloren vorgekommen.
Sauber und gepflegt. Nichts daran auszusetzen.
Frühstück war ok. Der Rest war einem 5 * Hotel nicht angemessen. Das Motto des Buffets war jeden Tag anders, es gab aber immer das selbe. Haben immer was gefunden um satt zu werden. Warmes Bier, der Wein war ungenießbar, der Kaffe hat seinen Namen nicht verdient. Das Essen im a la Cart Restaurant war ungenießbar.
Personal war freundlich und steht’s bemüht die Anliegen zu erledigen.
Mitten im Niemansland. Zur nächsten Stadt 30 km. Nichts besonderes. Zu den großen Sehenswürdigkeiten fährt man 5 Stunden durch die Wüste. Aber es lohnt sich.

Entertainment eher laienhaft. Voll auf das Ost Klientel ausgelegt, auch sprachlich. Wellness Animation war aufdringlich. Für Billard und Tischtennis musste man zahlen. Das Hausriff ist nicht sehenswert.

While it is very challenging to hear that some aspects from our guest’s Stay had not been completely fulfilled , our guest’s feedback is invaluable and highly evaluated in order to rectify any shortfalls it might encounter . Please do allow us to clarify some of the other comments :- - Time flies when you're having fun… The location of our hotel is 150km from Hurghada International Airport (approximately 120 minutes driving) and 45 km from Marsa Alam International Airport (approximately 40 minutes driving). We feel that the remote location of our hotel is actually a strength, not a weakness. By choosing our hotel one avoids overcrowded resort towns and chooses for pristine nature and intact corals for snorkeling and diving. - We will certainly take your experience into account to enhance our services ,we will defiantly share your concerned points with our culinary and animation team moving forward creating a rewarding experiences and memorable stay for all our guests.
