Dear our valued guest , Thank you for your review of your stay in our hotel. We are really disappointed to read that - despite our best efforts - we were not able to meet your expectations. We would however have appreciated some dialogue during your stay. The management team would have done their utmost to satisfy you. We have seen into your raised concerns nevertheless we would like to highlight the following:- - Our internet speed, as surveyed, is the fastest in the area, It can however happen, when too many guests log on simultaneously, that speed is affected. For our guests needing more speed, we do have alternate available at the reception business center at no charge, Moreover , If you like to have a Private high speed internet , this will be available against charge . - We regret that the excursion activities were annoying for you. This can be avoided by asking the towel service for a red ribbon and hanging it around the umbrella. We are truly disappointed with your review, not because you are dissatisfied but, because we didn’t get a chance to meet your expectations. We however remain hopeful that in future we might get that chance to turn you into a fan. Should you consider returning, please do contact us ahead of arrival and we shall do all the possible.
