Wir möchten uns Beschwerden, weil wir für eine Doppelzimmer unsere Reise bezahlt aber von Ort haben wir ein kleines Zimmer mit zwei betten und ein schmalen Schlaf Sofa bekommen. Nach unserer Beschwerde uns wurde gesagt, dass in Hotel keine Doppelzimmer für uns gibt. Wir haben ganze Tagen zu Viert auf drei Betten schlafen müssten, dazu haben wir auch Bade Tuchen nur für Drei Person erhalten. Von erstem Tag, wann wir angereist gehabt, fliest Wasser im WC ganze Tag 24 Stunden lang. Nach unsere Beschwerde WC wurde am 5 Tag repariert, bis dahin müssten wir zu Hören wie Wasser in der Nacht lauft. WI-Fi müssten wir für 7 Tage in Hohe von 30€ kaufen, weil kostenlose Internet überhaupt nicht gegangen ist. Obwohl wir Internet gekauft gehabt, lieft er auch nicht, es wurde jeder 5 Minuten aus Netz weggeworfen. Praktisch könnten wir keine von uns Bezahle Internet auch nutzen. Wir verlangen von Ihnen wegen unserer Beschwerde, Geldbetrag für ein Person zurück zu erstatten. Wenn nötig ist, können wir Beweis Foto vorlegen. Wenn unsere Beschwerde nicht war genommen werden, werden wir gezwungen ein Anwalt anzuschalten.

We have taken your comments seriously and you can count on us to always have an open ear for our guests. If you had contacted the hotel management directly during your stay, we would have dealt with it directly and probably dealt with it to your satisfaction, because that is of utmost importance to us. Once we received the below comment we did an investigation and found that: • Regarding to the ( small room ) , kindly note that we have all hotel rooms (264 rooms) in the same size 48 m2 so we haven’t smaller room or bigger room and you stayed in ( triple room ) from the 1st time with 3 separate beds and we haven’t any sofa bed in any room. As you booked one Double room with 2 separate beds or 1 king size bed and we host your good self in one triple room as per guest request because you have 2 child 13 y & 7 y) . • Regarding to room towels kindly be informed that , According to the hotel policy we provide you with the towels according to the room occupancy , it means if the room occupied with 04 guests we provide the guests with 04 big towel plus to 04 small towels and this already happened with your good self . We did not received any complaint regarding this subject during your stay although the housekeeping clean up the room in daily basis and the reception is available 24/07 . • Regarding to water problem in the bathroom kindly we didn’t find any recorded issue from your room and normally when we receive any maintenance order from any guest directly the technical follow up and fix it within 20 min. in maximum but unfortunately we didn’t received any complaint from your room during you stay. • Regarding to Wi-Fi , the hotel is committed to providing free Wi-Fi service in public areas ,it is available in the hotel public areas but as usual in all hotels , the free Wi-Fi service is limited speed . And there is high speed Wi-Fi against charge and work in the same areas but unlimited speed and our reception service 24h ready to assist any guest in any problem even the specialist ( IT ) manager is ready any time to assist any guest during all day . • Please note that , you did not complained during their stay ( 11) nights to our front desk although they were available 24/07 and German speakers or to travel agent representative too . We hope that the previous explanation clears up any unintended misunderstanding.
