Dear Mr. Peter , Thank you for your time and efforts you have taken to share your feedback with the other travelers on Holiday check , We are really disappointed to read that - despite our best efforts - we were not able to meet your expectations. We have seen into your raised concerns nevertheless we would like to highlight the following:- - Regarding the location of the hotel , Time flies when you're having fun,The location of our hotel is 150km from Hurghada International Airport (approximately 120 minutes driving) and 45 km from Marsa Alam International Airport (approximately 40 minutes driving). We feel that the remote location of our hotel is actually a strength, not a weakness. By choosing our hotel , one avoids overcrowded resort towns and chooses for pristine nature and intact corals for snorkeling and diving. - Wi-Fi is available for free, with limited and slow speed, in all rooms and in the lobby area. If you wish to have high-speed internet, this will be subject to a fee. - We provide one bottle of water per day per guest, which you can also fill from the water dispensers for free if necessary. - As to the flies and mosquitos, we do have a very active pest program working every day to reduce the amount of insects and we are fairly successful. Unfortunately, only very few times, mother nature decides it is time for more and we struggle to keep up. This however never takes more than a few days and things are back to normal. We are sorry that you had this negative experience. Once again we hope that you will consider re- visiting us in the future and trust that the warmth of our hospitality and distinctive surroundings will exceed your expectations moving forward creating a memorable stay and a rewarding expectation.
