Das Hotel ist klein, dass ist soweit auch sehr schön, allerdings ist das Essen echt eine Zumutung, das Personal kann nicht schnell, außer Harry - dunkel Mann mit einer Brille, der macht einen Mega geilen Job. Zum Strand können Sie entscheiden, entweder man geht links die Hauptstraße runter, dann sind es etwa 7 Minuten Fussweg und man kommt am Strand an, wo Dich ein herlicher Blick auf diverse Motorboote empfängt, es wunderbar nach Benzin richt und man sich richtig Wohl fühlt oder Du gehts rechts die Hauptstrasse runter, dann brauchst Du allerdings ca. 10 Minuten, es empfangen Dich diverse Essenwagen, ein Strand mit noch mehr Motorbooten und einen traumhaften Geruch aus Benzin und sonst etwas. Am besten Du gehst diesen Strand rechts weiter runter, vorbei am langen Superhotel, dann kommt am Ende ein Volleyballfeld, dort vorbai, die Kurve nehmen und dort findest Du dann einen winsigen Abschnitt, der wirklich schön und ruhig ist. Zum Hitel zurück, besorge Dir alle Sondergetränke im Supermarkt - links die Strasse runter, nach ca. 8 Minuten siehst Du Ihn und kaufe dort Deine Sonderwünsche - sonst verkauft man Dir das richtig teuer. Beispiel: Sekt die Flasche im Supermarkt 5,00 € - Hotel, traumhafte 68,00 €. Geld tauschen, nicht imHotel, kostet Dich 10,00 € auf 100,00 €, gehe aus dem Hotel, die Straße links runter, bis Du am Ende eines Restaurants angekommen bist, dort rechts und schon hast Du eine Money Bank. Wir, meine Frau und ein befreundetes Paar und ich, werde definitiv nicht mehr Mauritius besuchen, es gibt auf der Welt, ja sogar in Europa, schöne Sraände als dort.
Zum Strand habe ich beim Hotel schon alles beschrieben, ist wirkoich nicht schön, ist gut weit zu Fuss.

We would also like to clarify some points:- Our Resort is 2-3 walking minutes distance from the beach which is well specified on hotel description and google map also can confirm same. Concerning the comments on food, we have checked our guests history and found out there is no record that you reported same while in house, we could have solved all the issues stated. Our Chef has been informed about your suggestion on the food-He will put forwards more effort in discussing more with the guests to know about the guests taste to be able to satisfy our guests. Concerning the beach, Trou aux Biches beach has been declared as being on the top of the list of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. We regret that our establishment did not live up to your expectations. the experience you have had and which I have shared with our management team. We strive to provide our guests with excellent customer service in all departments so that our guests leave our hotel with fond memories. Our establishment has undergone many changes and has thus improved its customer service policies.
