Dear Daniela, First off, my apologies that this response is in English rather than German, but I think you would otherwise find that your English is far better than my German! Thank you in advance for your understanding with this. Thank you very much for taking the time to give us feedback regarding your recent stay at the Apollo Hotel Lelystad City Centre. I’m extremely sorry to hear that you could not smoke in the middle of the night, on the first floor where our restaurant is, you can always go out to have a smoke. About your comment regarding Lelystad I am suprised, because the reception is more than willing to tell you everything about the surroundings, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your comments and look forward to welcoming you back in the nearest future when we will have the opportunity to restore your faith in us.
