Schlechtes Umfeld, keine Infrastruktur.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We welcome any positive criticism that helps us improve our services towards our guests. Unfortunately you have stated an opinion but not justified or explained it in a way that it can be useful to us or any reader. First of all you had booked a three star hotel that had to be closed down due to Covid circumstances and you were transferred to a four star hotel for which you should have been informed by your travel agency. We do not understand what you mean by bad environment and no infrastructure. The hotel is perfectly organized and our guests talk about a happy and agreeable environment. The hotel has been working under the regulations of the National Health and Safety department which means (as stated in the hotel instructions you were given on arrival) that room cleaning should take place only upon the guest's request. If you needed fresh towels you could have only asked and it would have been taken care of. The hotel could not entertain you all day long as social distancing had to be kept under control. There were of course four live music and greek dancing nights per week. As for your comments about the different nationalities all we can say is that we cater for all nationalities and if there was any noise caused you could have reported it to reception as it is not possible to police all guests. We regret you did not appreciate our cuisine unlike the vast majority of our guests and we would have liked you to expand on this subject but you expressed no complaints during your stay with us. All in all we thank you for the thumbs up and the rating and we apologise for any inconvenience that was due to us.
