sehr positiv, ob der Transfer durch das Hotel am Flughafen, Ankommen im Hotel, Begleitung zum Zimmer, sowie Informationen zum Urlaub und auch die Betreuung während des Urlaubs .... es entsprach alles unserer Zufriedenheit!!!
