Firstly, we welcome guests from all nationalities and pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. However, we would like to clarify that, due to the current international situation, our hotel is not receiving guests from the Russian market at all. It’s possible that you may have encountered guests from other Eastern European countries, which might have led to a misunderstanding. We also regret that you experienced disturbances on one of the days during your stay. Our records and guest interactions show that any such issue was isolated to a single day, and we were able to ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment for the rest of the week. Regarding the food and drinks, we strive to offer a wide variety to suit different tastes, and we’re always open to constructive feedback.
