Aus DeutschlandDie Hotelanlage ist toll und bietet ein umfassendes Angebot wie im Katalog beschrieben. Leider ist die Sauberkeit für 5*-Haus nicht perfekt und bedarf geringfügiger Abstriche. Das AI Essensangebot beschränkt sich auf das Buffet im Hauptrestaurant, die anderen Restaurants bieten maximal 1 Essen ohne Zuzahlung wenn überhaupt. Beim Buffet findet man eine große Auswahl vor und man sollte immer was finden. Die Bedienungen sind zu wenige und man muss sich bei einem 2. Getränkewunsch bemerkbar machen. Ab und an war das Essen auch schon mal kalt gewesen. Immer gut war der angebotene Fisch. Am hauseigenen Strand wird man von fliegenden Händlern und Ausflugsverkäufern regelmäßig, aber diskret angesprochen. Toll sind die inkludierten Angebote Standuppaddling, Tretboot, Kajak usw. Die Abendmusik war diskret und unaufdringlich, sprich in Ordnung. Bei Reklamationen wurde sofort nachgebessert und nachgefragt. Die Betreuung im Krankheitsfall war vorbildlich. Insgesamt ist einiger Verbesserungsbedarf vorhanden, die Führungskräfte sind gut u.sehr bemüht! Wir fühlten uns wohl und genossen die Zeit bei tollen Sonnenuntergängen an der Bar!
