Dear E.W., Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback regarding your recent stay at Melia Koh Samui. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our well-maintained complex and especially the swim-up pool experience, which is one of the highlights of our resort. We understand your concern regarding the availability of beach loungers and the inconvenience it caused during your stay. Our policy discourages reserving sunbeds in advance, and our team regularly monitors this to ensure all guests have a fair opportunity to enjoy the beach. However, I regret that this issue impacted your experience during your stay. In response to this, we have recently added more sunbeds to accommodate our guests and are working on improving our system to make sure this does not recur. Your suggestion to offer pre-bookable beach spots is greatly appreciated, and we are looking into the feasibility of implementing such a feature in the future.
