Our guests' complete satisfaction is our main priority and we would like to share with you that we are currently undergoing an interior refurbishment of our facilities, working to improve our guests' experience. We have just reopened our rooms, lobby, bar and restaurant and we will keep working on the corridors and staircase in the upcoming year. All the comments we receive are of great value for our continuous improvement and yours have been shared with the management team in order to review this internally and establish the necessary measures on our way towards the excellence.
