Neu und modern. Bei uns ging allerdings die eigentliche Klimaanlage nicht. Dafür gab es eine mobile Klimaanlage, die die Luft durch das Fenster abgeführt hat. Daher war es nicht möglich, die Fenster komplett zu schließen. Heißt auch, es war laut, weil Fenster zur Hauptstraße hin war.
10 Pfund das kleine Frühstück (nur kalte Sachen), 18 Pfund mit warmen Sachen. War ok.
Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur U-Bahn und direkt mit der Picadilly Line ohne umsteigen zum Hotel. Sehr gute Lage

On the other hand we would like to apologise for the issue you had in regards of the AC. Our guests' complete satisfaction is our main priority and we would like to share with you that we are currently undergoing an interior refurbishment of our facilities, working to improve our guests' experience. We have just reopened our rooms, lobby, bar and restaurant and we will keep working on the ACs and many other improvements in the upcoming year. All the comments we receive are of great value for our continuous improvement and yours have been shared with the management team in order to review this internally and establish the necessary measures on our way towards the excellence.
