Dear Elena, Thank you very much for taking part of your time to share details of your stay at our Hotel and for rating our services. We would like you to know that we have analyzed the factors that affected your stay to find an immediate and definitive solution. What happened is that our rooms have double windows since they are protected by a soundproofing system to prevent the sounds of the city from affecting sleep. First you have to open the soundproof windows and then the windows that allow the visitor to enjoy the beautiful view over the city of Cienfuegos. As for the heat, we do not understand this aspect well since the entire Hotel has an air conditioning system in all its areas, including rooms of course. However, we have checked the room in which you stayed and we detected that there is no problem with the air conditioning system, although we thank you for letting us know about.
