Dear Heike, Thank you very much for being our guests and for spending time to rate us. We are very sorry to see that this was not for you and that you obviously did not see what the majority of our guests see in us and our hotel and that is why they keep comming back. It is a pity you did not inform us while you were still here so we could assist you and make your holiday a memorable one. If you needed a room closer to the facilities you could have just asked us. In the case this would be no possible we would be able to offer you free transfers to your room and back without any extra cost until a room closer would be available. I will have to dissagre on we do not speak German and we are not interested to as me personaly, 2 more people at the reception and 3 more in the restaurants and bars do speak. Our food is international with a lot of Greek food options and if you found our restaurant too busy and loud for you you could have simply chosen different hours to have your meals. I hope i have helped you withe the above and please feel free to contact us direct if there is anything we can do for you. I assure you that we are very much interested in offering all our guests unforgattable experiences and everything would be different if only you had given us a chance by informing us about the issues you had.
