Nie wieder - definitiv keine Empfehlung wert. Reiseveranstalter und der Hotel Manager nehmen sich nichts an.
Immer identisches Essen. Sehr einfach, nichts besonderes. Teilweise nicht gewürzt. Aufgefüllt wurde trotz all inclusive nur nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen. Stühle, Tischdecken und Boden mehr als schmutzig!!!
Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, endlose Schlangen an der Bar, mangelnde bis gar keine Bedienung. Zimmer schmutzig respektive gar nicht gereinigt. Die Bars am Strand waren eine Katastrophe. Getränke nicht kalt, Eiswürfel gab es keine. Gläser schmutzig!!!
Das Meer, was einige hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt ist, ist sehr schön und sauber.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for spending time to rate us and we are very sorry to see your dissatisfaction about our hotel , the staff and our facilities. Unfortunately i am not in position to know the period you travelled but i am personally vey surprised to read that our staff is not friendly-this is hardly ever mentioned- and also that the manager didn't take care of anything. Well i have been running this hotel for 15 years now and i have a great respect as we all do in Mitsis Hotels for all our guests who choose us to spend their holidays. I am sure that if you had spend some time to inform our reception about your issues and meet me in person you would never mention this in your review. I wish we had been given the chance to look after you and make your holidays ones to remember as we do with the great majority of our guests.
