Das Mitsis Family macht seine Punkte wegen der Klassen Lage , ganz tolle Aussicht . Aber dann kommen auch schon die Negativen Punkte . Die Sanitären Anlagen sind erschreckend . Toiletten im Bereich der Reception , Lobby Bar, sowie Restaurant , sind viel zuwenig . Nur eine Damen sowie Herren Toilette , das geht gar nicht . Im gesamten Bereich der Pool Anlage gibt es nicht eine Umkleide Kabine . Die Sauberkeit im Bereich von Restaurant und Liegen am Pool lässt zu wünschen übrig.

We are very sorry to hear that your holidays where not quite what you expected and contrary to the majority of our guests you were not very happy with our facilities. Please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience but please allow me clarify that the public toilets are not only 1 for each gender but 3 for each if you count also the ones by the main swimming pool which operate day and evening.
