Das Hotel gibt sich als 5* aus, leider ist von diesen Sternen wenig bis nichts zu spühren. Das Personal ist nicht motiviert (bis auf einzelne). Sie sind wenig aufmerksam und haben nicht wirklich Lust zu arbeiten. Die Bewertung ist eher kritisch, aber ich habe einen serh diversifizierten Hotelvergleich (weltweit).
Das Zimmer ist ganz okei, aber auch hier sind wir nicht annähernd bei einem 5* Hotel.
Das Buffet im Main Restaurant ist katastrophal, das Essen ist qualitativ auf dem Niveau eines 2-3* Hotels. Die 7 à la Card Restaurants sind mittelmässig bis gut. Aber ebenfalls keinen Gaumenschmaus.
Der Service ist wirklich schlecht, das zieht sich durch alle Bereiche des Hotels. Personal ist unmotiviert und setzt die Wünsche der Gäste nur mit viele Mühe um. Da muss das Hotel also nochamls über die Bücher.
Die Lage ist ganz in Ordnung. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Anflugsschneise aber der Fluglärm haltet sich in Grenzen. Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, aber in der Hotelbeschreibung wird dies trotzdem nicht erwähnt, was ich schade finde.
