Mehr Schein als sein ! Optik der Anlage überragend, aber der Service und das Personal im großen Teil sehr ausbaufähig.Fluglärm den ganzen Tag, extrem rutschige Fliesen auf dem Gelände! Das Essen dient nicht besonders viel Abwechslung.Schlecht gereinigtes Geschirr, verbranntes Essen.
Die Zimmer sind optisch sehr schön ! Geputzt werden sie aber eher nur mittelmäßig
Das Essen an sich war Okey,aber keine große Abwechslung und zum Teil wurde verbranntes Essen serviert
Das Personal ist generell immer unfreundlich und kriegt nur schwer ein Lächeln über die Lippen.
Die Transferzeit beträgt 15-20 Minuten Die Umgebung am Hotel ist eher trostlos und herunter gekommen

As for the food, we would like to kindly mention that our resort offers 24h All-inclusive service with only freshly cooked meals, certified by TUV Hellas, food safety HACCP committee, and officially awarded by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. Moreover, our Executive Chef of our hotel is always willing to help the customers and is ready to discuss personal wishes of the guests in case if the variety of the Main Restaurant does not meet their expectations, so our restaurant team could even cook some meals specially for you and your family upon request and upon availability of ingredients. Regarding the cleaning of the room, we would like to kindly inform you that cleanliness and hygiene is our highest priority. Our spotless private and public areas are well-known to our guests and highlighted through the review platforms.
