Dear So, Thank you for choosing to stay at Mitsis Rinela Beach Resort & Spa for your vacation and we regret that your experience was not as fulfilling as expected. We sincerely regret the disturbance. Our location can mean noise caused from extra airplane activity, as much as we try to contain it. However, our resort is located directly on a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach and at the same time close to the airport which is the big advantage for our guests’ transfers. That is why the frequency of such inconvenience described from our guests is very rare. The resort is located far enough from the airport so the noise from air traffic is limited to some extent. Once again, we are sincerely sorry to hear that he tranquility of your stay has been disrupted, as our primary goal is to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
